|The ARI S-020 Automatic Air Release valve discharges accumulated air, gas and/or vapor form liquids that carry solid particles, such as sewage and effluent, in systems operating under pressure. The valve’s unique design guarantees complete separation of the liquid from the sealing mechanism and provides optimum work conditions.
The ARI S-020 Automatic Air Release valve is the first of its kind in the world. It is compact and light in weight. It has a 12 sq. mm orifice that enables it to discharge air, gas and/or vapor at high flow rates and it is not exposed to obstruction by debris.
The valve is specially designed to operate with liquids carrying solid particles such as sewage and effluent. It provides separation of the liquid from the sealing mechanism. The air/gas gap separation is sustained under pressure up to 16 bar by a conical body shape and under vibrations by a spring loaded joint. Large dimensions automatic orifice at least 12 sq. mm is less exposed to obstruction by debris.
Guarantees complete separation of the liquid from the sealing mechanism by creating an air gap at the top of the valve.
- The air gap, guaranteed even under extreme conditions, is achived by a conical body shape that maintains maximum distance between the liquid and the Sealing Mechanism; while obtaining minimum body length.
- Spring loaded joint between the stem and the upper float, to ensure that vibrations of the lower float will not unseal the automatic valve. Release of air will occur only after the accumulation of enough air.
- Funnel-shaped lower body ensures that the residue sewage matter will sink to the system and be carried away.
- Self cleaning mechanism.
