Filtomat M100
The M100 piston and pistonless filters will start the self-cleaning process when the pressure differential across the screen reaches a preset level. The rinse controller opens the flushing valve creating a strong backflush stream To atmosphere. This backflush creates a suction effect at the nozzles, cleaning the face of the fine screen directly in front of the nozzle openings. Backflush water then flows through a collector pipe via a hydraulic rotor to the flushing valve, causing the dirt collector assembly to spin. |

Filtomat M300
The M300 self cleaning process begins when the rinse controller activates the hydraulic valves and piston, and water from the hydraulic motor chamber flows out. Pressure inside the hydraulic motor chamber, the dirt collector, and the suction nozzles drops to a very low level creating a pressure gradient between the reverse side of the screen (clean water) and the inside of the screen (dirty water), opposite the suction nozzles. This back-flushing operation cleans the screen ahead of the suction nozzle. |

MiniTwist
Minitwist Model MTFC is a fully automatic, self-cleaning filtration system for flows of 0 - 100 US GPM (23M3/H). It removes dirt as fine as 20 micron, and uses a very small amount of water during cleaning process. In filtration mode, flow is from bottom of filter to inside of screen, and out. |
